Cultivating your Divine Virtues with 10,000 Buddhas
Join Amanda Giacomini, yoga teacher and street artist aka 10,000 Buddhas for a weekend of yoga woven together with wisdom stories from the Buddhist traditions. Each session will begin with an ancient mythic tale filled with wisdom and deep teachings that will inspire us to connect with our own divine qualities of Patience, Wisdom, Generosity, Strength, Compassion and Loving Kindness. After listening to each story, you will be guided through breathing exercises, yoga movements, mudras and mantras to help you deepen your understanding and embody the teachings.
